"Resonant Piano" approaches the keyboard like a tamboura combined with a gamelan. Clouds of overtones and subtones are formed through variations in polyrhythm, pressure, the use of pedals, and various ways of tickling the ivories, with finger independence as a driving force. This music is meant to heal, invoke trance and take the listener far away.
